APPEAL FOR OFFICE ACCOMMODATION 

Dear Friends

Our association will be six years old on 21^st July 2008. We have traveled through period of establishing and consolidating on what we have achieved and look forward and visualize what has yet to be achieved. The short list of what remains to be done is listed below which is just an indication to encourage you all to think what more activities could be done.

1. Establish proper office. So far we were running office from someone’s home which was registered as office for giving some office address. We are grateful to Mr and Mrs. Vijay Khopkar to have smilingly borne the troubles of office of our association for six years. It’s a home and the burden of facilitating our office, along with their going abroad, travels due to social reasons in India and the social responsibilities has been taken care of without even a murmur. I thank them on behalf of our association.
2. We therefore need to establish proper office of our association for following reasons.

a.        Maintaining proper records

b.        Proper filing and attending office work on day today basis.

c.        EC members to meet regularly and at least two members to attend office for proper communication , financial duties, administrative work.

d.        It can work as a center place to generate various activities like computer literacy, music training for members. Any other activities  which members wish to do.

e.        Trustees meeting or meeting with auditors.

f.          Place for rehearsal for programmes.

g.        What we need minimum is one room of the size of master bed room (say 20 x 12 ft) with attached Toilet. It should have independent entry and preferably on ground or first floor. 

Appeal

I wish to appeal to all the members to come forward to offer some accommodation if they have in their premises or suggest some office accommodation in some centrally located areas of Vadodara.  If required we will be able to pay an affordable rent,.Please speak or send e-mail to me or any of our executive members.
