CHALO KARAMSAD ON 21^st SEPTEMBER 2008

 Dear Friends,

Its time to inform your willingness to join our one day trip to Karamsad which was postponed. From 14^th Sept. to 21^st Sept. 2008.

We plan to leave in the morning by Bus and return to Vadodara by evening.

Ahmedabad NRIPA is also joining us at karamsad and we will have opportunity meet and know our Ahmedabad friends. We  will  have games, music and other events at Sardar Patel Memorial Hall Karamsad. Breakfast,lunch and Tea is arranged at Anupam Ashram by NRIPA Ahmedabad. We also plan to visit Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Museum.

Contribution for this trip inclusive of Bus fare is estimated at Rs. 200/- per person.

I am sure you will not like to miss this social and entertaining event

We can arrange for the transport and other arrangements only after knowing, how many of the members are joining this trip. Even if you are unable to come on 21^st Please do inform so that we can plan in a better way.

Please inform your YES or NO  latest by evening of 16^th September 2008.

This will help us to know exact number of members coming for this trip.

 On knowing the exact number of persons joining the trip, detailed instructions will be given regarding time and place of departure.

Next Monthly Meeting of NRI PARENTS ASSOCIATION, VADODARA , will be held on Sunday, the 17th August 2008 at Hotel Royal (A/C Hall), 37, Sampat Rao Colony, Opp. Amantarana Hotel, Alakapuri, Baroda (Ph 2338681/2353575) at 6.30 P.M..

The meeting will be followed by a contributory dinner @ Rs. 90/ per person.

આ સભામાં એસોસિએશનના સ્થાપના દિવસ ( ૨૧ જુલાઈ) ની ઉજવણીના ઉપક્રમે મનોરંજન કાર્યક્રમોનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

પ્રાર્થના, बरसातका मौसम ને લગતા ગીતોનું ગાન, જન્મ દિવસ ઉજવણી, પરદેશ ગમન કરતા સભ્યોને શુભેચ્છા વિ. નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

તારીખ ૨૫ મે, ૨૦૦૮ ના રોજ મળેલ ન્રિપા ની માસિક સભામાં સંસ્થાની આગામી વાર્ષિક સભા તેમજ એન્યુઅલ ડે ની ઉજવણી અંગે તેમજ અન્ય વિષયો અંગે ચર્ચા થઈ હતી. આગામી વાર્ષિક સભાની સંભવિત તારીખ ૨૯ જુન ૨૦૦૮ છે.

ન્રિપા, વડોદરાની આગામી માસિક સભા તારીખ ૨૫ મે ૨૦૦૮ ના રોજ કૉન્ફરન્સ હોલ, શ્રી મતિ કમલાબેન મૂક બધિર વિધ્યાલય (બહેરા અને મૂંગા ની શાળા), ભગિનિ સમાજ પાછળ, અધ્યાપકનગર સોસાયટી પાસે, પાણીની ટાંકી રોડ, કારેલીબાગ, વડોદરા ખાતે સાંજના ૬.૩૦ વાગે મળશે.

આ સભામાં  આગામી વાર્ષિક સભા તેમજ વાર્ષિક દિન ની ઉજવણી અંગે ચર્ચા વિચારણા કરવામાં આવશે.
આ ઉપરાંત દરેક સભામાં થતા કાર્યક્રમો જેવા કે, પ્રાર્થના, જન્મ દિનની ઉજવણી, પરદેશ પ્રયાણ કરતા સભ્યોને શુભેચ્છા વિ. કાર્યક્રમો પણ થશે.
આ અંગેની માહિતિ ૧૮ મે ૨૦૦૮ ના પરિપત્રમાં જણાવવામાં આવી છે.
